Camp Lejeune Litigation to Take Center Stage at Lawyers Alumni Network Luncheon with Lynwood Evans
Attorney Lynwood Evans will be addressing the challenges and progress of the Camp Lejeune water contamination legal case at the Lawyer Alumni Network Annual Luncheon on Friday, October 27.
Joining the discussion will be Nevin Wisnoski from Napoli Shkolnik PLLC. Together, they will provide a comprehensive overview of the Camp Lejeune Justice Act, a crucial legislation that has opened avenues of justice for military personnel, their families, and those exposed to toxic water while stationed at the base between 1953 and 1987. Additionally, the session will delve into the complexities of MDL/Intra district mass torts and shed light on the workings of the Plaintiff leadership team. Lynwood will be sharing his perspective as a member of the Plaintiffs’ Executive Committee with residency on the Law and Briefing Subcommittee. Following their discussions, there will be a Q&A session.
