  • Representation of small nonprofit lender in claims against it for negligence and breach of contract. The court granted summary judgment in our client’s favor on all claims.
  • Representation of motel owner covered by an applicable insurance policy where insurer refused coverage. Claim resolved for $325,000.
  • Representation of woman who suffered broken bones after she was struck by a vehicle while walking in a parking lot. Claim resolved for $270,000.
