Personal Injury Attorney Taylor Rodney Marks Selected for the 2023 NCAJ NEXT Program

Wilmington, NC Personal Injury Attorney Taylor Marks

Personal injury attorney Taylor Rodney Marks is furthering her leadership development by participating in the 2023 North Carolina Advocates for Justice (NCAJ) NEXT Program, where she is one of 20 young trial attorneys.

NEXT is a platform to engage the rising generation of litigators in North Carolina by providing educational opportunities, creating a supportive atmosphere to cultivate strong relationships, and readying participants for their eventual roles as respected leaders within their communities and the legal profession.

Attorneys will have the opportunity to take part in skill-building activities each month until the program ends in June at the NCAJ Convention in Charlotte. These activities will include learning from experienced lawyers; educating themselves on diversity, inclusion, and implicit biases; and training for a board position.

Taylor is the newest addition to the NEXT Program alumni, following X. Lightfoot as a Ward and Smith representative.

Taylor’s personal injury practice is based in the firm’s Wilmington office. She assists people throughout North Carolina with personal injury and wrongful claims involving car accidents, medical malpractice, premises liability, and product liability.
