Jeremy Wilson to Speak at the 2021 NCAJ Virtual Convention

Jeremy Wilson

Personal injury attorney Jeremy Wilson will join an impressive lineup of speakers at the 2021 North Carolina Advocates for Justice (NCAJ) Virtual Convention.

Jeremy will present on the opening day of the two-day CLE, starting on June 10. His session is an auto torts and premises liability legal update. He will discuss recent NC Court of Appeals and Supreme Court opinions involving car accidents, premises liability, insurance coverage, and related issues involving serious personal injuries. The full agenda is online.

The Virtual Convention also features a legislative panel featuring NCAJ member legislators, a virtual 5K run/walk with prizes delivered directly to your home, and a networking portion. Registration fees will vary, but the event is open to non-NCAJ members. For more information, visit the NCAJ Virtual Convention page.

Jeremy leads the Personal Injury and Wrongful Death practice.  He has extensive experience litigating claims for wrongful death, serious personal injury, and a broad range of civil litigation before state and federal courts, including cases involving vehicle accidents, professional malpractice, premises liability, products liability, and class actions, among other areas. He also has litigated numerous cases involving complex insurance coverage issues and “bad faith” claims.

Its members represent those injured by the wrongdoing of others, workers’ rights, the disabled, consumers, people needing help addressing family problems, individuals whose property is threatened by government overreach, and those accused of a crime.
